Greetings! We, Cyber Engineers, team #16542, are thrilled to announce our eighth season in the FIRST Tech Challenge robotics program. The Cyber Engineers robotics team works year after year to inspire young people in our community to be involved in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math programs through community outreach. FIRST Tech Challenge provides students in grades 7-12 with the opportunity to design, code, and build a robot for competitions.

Our team, Cyber Engineers, consists of students from CyberLynx Homeschool and IDEA Homeschool. We combine expertise and learning styles to develop a competitive edge that represents both our schools and the Fairbanks Northstar Borough. During the program, our team receives experience in engineering, programming electronics, machining, project management, presentation, and many other skills that are required to produce a competitive robot for the FTC competition. This year, we will be competing with about 30 teams located in Alaska. Our goal is to attend the FTC State Championship and finish this season by qualifying in the FTC World Championship.
